Delete my data.

You can ask us to remove your CX AI Pulse data at any time. The deletion happens in two stages:

1. We email you a confirmation link. Click it to start a 30-day grace period. During the grace period, your data is anonymized (your name, email, company, and answer text are replaced with placeholders) but not yet physically removed.
2. After 30 days, a daily cron job removes the underlying rows permanently. Bucket-level aggregates (with the N≥5 minimum) survive because they no longer contain personal data.

You can cancel within the 30-day window — click “Cancel deletion” below after confirming, and your data is restored. For full detail see the Privacy Policy.
