Sponsor: KHAL AI. Administrator: Namastex Labs LLC. Promotion period: 2026-06-15 00:00 UTC through 2026-07-25 23:59 UTC. Drawing date: on or about 2026-07-26.

1. Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged eighteen (18) or older, who are legal residents of a jurisdiction in which the Sweepstakes is not void (see §10), who have access to the internet and a valid personal email address, and who have completed at least the Core 12 of the CX AI Pulse during the Promotion Period.

Employees, contractors, agents, immediate family, and household members of KHAL AI, Namastex Labs LLC, DEX, Support Driven, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and prize providers are not eligible.

2. How to enter

• Complete the Core 12 at cx-ai-pulse.khal.ai → 1 entry.
• Each Extended question answered → +1 entry (max ~17).
• Each peer who, via your referral link, completes their own Core 12 → +3 entries. No cap.
• AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry): mail a 3×5 hand-printed card with your full name, age, postal address, email, and the phrase "I would like to enter the CX AI Pulse Sweepstakes" to KHAL AI Sweepstakes, c/o Namastex Labs LLC. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person; postmark within the Promotion Period; received within 7 days of its end.

3. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a ticket to a Support Driven event of the winner's choice (Chicago Expo 2026 August 24–26, or a future Summit within 12 months). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) USD $1,000–$2,000. Travel, accommodation, meals, and incidentals are not included unless explicitly stated by the Sponsor.

4. Odds

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Expected pool: ~2,500–17,500 entries. Each entrant's odds are proportional to that entrant's entry count.

5. Drawing & notification

Drawing on or about 2026-07-26 by a cryptographically random algorithm with a publicly recorded seed, weighted by entry count. Audit-logged. Winner notified by email within 3 business days; must respond within 7 calendar days. If no response, up to two (2) alternate winners may be drawn.

6. Tax

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. US tax residents receiving a prize with ARV over USD $600 will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC; a W-9 (or W-8BEN for non-US persons) is required before prize fulfillment.

7. Winner announcement

The Sponsor will publicly announce the winner's first name and last-name initial, plus bucket (industry, company size). The winner may, with separate written consent, agree to a fuller announcement.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes, in any medium worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation, provided the use is truthful and not defamatory. The winner may opt out in writing at acceptance; opting out does not affect prize eligibility.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Void where prohibited

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The current draft of excluded jurisdictions and any conditional inclusions (CA, NY, FL) is being finalized by counsel before launch; the final list will appear here.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Sponsor's total liability is limited to the ARV of the prize. By entering, you release the Sponsor, administrator, sub-processors, and prize provider from any liability arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except as required by mandatory consumer-protection or sweepstakes laws of the entrant's jurisdiction.

Winner's first name and last-name initial will be posted at /sweepstakes/winners after fulfillment. Complaints or copy requests: sweepstakes@khal.ai.
